Vind je ideale hotel in Upstate New York

'When the room next door was wildly partying from 12 - 4 am and I had to call security twice, the front desk was very unapologetic and the only thing they offered was to move my room. They said, well this happens sometimes at a casino. Like they were trying to tell us that we should lower our expectations about getting sleep because we're at a casino! We said we'd like them to comp the night as we didn't get a wink of sleep, but they said they could not do that. Why not may I ask? Is it too much...

'The parking was easy and safe. However, we couldn't tell we were at the Hyatt because we never noticed the sign for the hotel. I had to go inside and ask if were at the right place. The room was exceptionally clean. However, the eggs at breakfast we a little to well done and a little dry. '
