'Everything was superb except the dining room. The waiter forgot my breakfast order completly and eventually came back to ask what it was. I aaked for a coffee refill that never came. I had to hunt him down for a second cup. The concierge and front desk were great. They even charged my phone for me as I forgot my charge cord. '

'This is the second time I've stayed there. It is a great place. I love that they are dog friendly. Very engaging and asking how things are going. Easy to find. Very helpful. Staff and I checked in. 'One of my favorite hotels in Baltimore. Great service, beautiful rooms, convenient location, great rooftop restaurant. The only drawbacks are the boiling your own coffee in the room (used to be pour-over, just switch to Nespresso already if you want to be fancy) and that the cafe doesn’t open until 7am and the food is kind of fussy. But I love staying here! '
