'The hotel was recently renovated and all facilities are lovely. Expect the exterior to be the same and enjoy its perfect location near the harbor. In general the staff was attentive and welcoming. It is a very busy week, so we must be patient with those that were not. A special complement to housekeeping. Wash cloths like rosettes and tissues like fans!'

The staff at the Poets restaurant on the first floor were excellent - friendly, attentive, and the food was delicious. The parking garage across the street was very convenient.'

'This is clearly not 'Hilton standard' property. The building appears run down and old. Elevators and lobby generally didn't appear clean. When first reached room it was unlocked. Washroom is below average. Parking in the property is expensive. I do not recommend!!'

'It's really a lot of money to pay when the cleaners can't bring yi things that you need when you give them the things that have lredy been used I have been here 2 weeks and no one has offered to clean the room I have had to clean it myself I feel I should be getting a discount for having to go out of my way to get the things I need for the room and having to clean it myself'

'The room was clean, and the property was undergoing renovations. We arrived four hours before check-in. I asked the desk clerk if it would be possible to check in early. To my surprise, he asked to see my ID, checked me in, handed me the room key, and told me to come back if I needed anything else. In all my travels, that was a first. 'Large clean room with entire kitchen: stove, dishwasher, microwave, big refridgerator. Very helpful staff and free shuttle to and from airport. Loved the pool and fitness center.'

'The room was not cleaned. One of the beds had stain on it and the sheets were wrinkles as someone slept on it. Told the front desk at 10 PM, they came up replaced sheets and pillow cases at 10:30 PM after call them again. No apologies from the front desk or hotel manager. When I complained , they waived the parking fee 10 dollars. They treated the complaint as no big deal. Called expedia and complained for the compensation, and waiting for compensation confirmation.'

'This place was disgusting. There was some kind of body fluids all over the walls. No wash rags. Advertised that there would be breakfast and there was none. Advertised that there was a mini fridge, microwave and coffee pot. Didn't have any of those. Will never stay here again'

'The marketing team at Motel 6 should be ashamed to have their name linked to this awful property. It's a dive. Dirty, nasty tub and shower - we DID NOT use it. Was woken up at 2am with the man in the next room playing bad Mexican radio music, smoking dope and entertaining women who stood next to our door. This hotel appears to be a long term stay option.
