'The house is really nice! The quiet hours are unfortunate. Can’t use the hot tub from 9pm until 8am and we stayed away from the fire pit too, given the close proximity of neighbors.'

The price was similar to what we paid for the ritz at turtle bay. The house was old and the dishes were dirty and disorganized. The front room smelled of cats and the neighbors were up late and loud. I searched for the property on the management website while we there and it was available for 1/4 of the price. That price would have been more appropriate...
