'The room is beautiful and if you just come to gamble it is a great place. The downside is the restaurants open at 5pm and close at 10 pm. They missed an opportunity with 1500 people leaving the concert venue in the facility with NOTHING open to eat or grab a drink. We just did not expect this. OK so there was a Vietnamese restaurant open until midnight but did not meet our needs. '

'Parking was very tight because there was a lot of workers and trucks and we also had an F150. The trucks aren't the problem as much as the parking lot is a bit small. But everyone is mindful of everyones vehicles and respects the property and the owner is very accommodating and considerate. '

'AC or Heat did not work, last 2 times I stayed there the ice machines was broken. The breakfast was bad except for the biscuits & gravy wasn’t too bad. For $349 per night we will not be back'

'Elevators were terrible and the staff stole from our room. They were caught and pretended they thought it was trash.'

'We had to be there for Easter morning and the staff set up easter eggs before we got there so our 2 year old could find them! The staff was incredibly friendly! The hotel was clean and great to be at. '
