'Stayed for two night with two kids. Great spot! Lots of restaurants around, near to 7/11 and a 15 min walk to Fuji-Q. Really beautiful house!!'

'Very stunning view of Mount Fuji. Feels like you are at the base of the mountain looking up . Food was very delicious for the breakfast and dinner and Onsen was very private . Perfect for couples or families who enjoy a private getaway . Area is secluded so its away from the noise and crowd. 11/10'

'位置極佳，步行至河口湖邊只要 5 分鐘；打開陽台落地窗，就可以看到美麗的富士山。甚至於，可以在浴室裡一邊泡澡，一邊賞景。 住宿環境非常乾淨，連陽台的桌椅幾乎都一塵不染。相關廚具的提供，豐富而多元，所有需要的東西幾乎都備齊。去超市購物後，就可以自行在屋裏烹煮、用餐，雖然住宿未提供早餐，但並不會有任何的不便利。 屋主英文極佳，很容易溝通，也很熱心提供旅遊資訊，離開時還特別出來送別，讓人覺得溫馨、盛情。 '

'到河口湖駅約十多分鐘巴士，但班次較疏及尾班車很早收，酒店再向山上走可到富士山遙拜所、母の白滝，約三十多分鐘路程，但景色十分優美，值得一遊。附近較少食店，晚餐選擇更少，越夜越難找。住宿有兩層十分寬敞，地下有獨立燒烤地方，二樓有大露枱，看到大部份富士山，住宿內設備齊全，不喜燒烤亦有廚具可煮食，公用地方有洗衣機。房東十分熱情友善，離開時還駕車送我們至富士山駅，真的感謝！'

'100% perfect view of Fuji-san!! Short walk from Kawaguchiko Station and the route is generally flat and well lit at night. The property was very modern and minimalist. Room was clean but had some drain flies in the toilet. Very spacious and can easily fit four adults and luggage. Walls were not very sound-proof but was still acceptable. '

'The stay was good, nothing much to complain about. However, if you have heavy luggage beware the stairs. Also the washing machine takes forever to dry. Could clean the toilet better.. There was a weird smell. '

'子どもが電車好きで踏切の音が鳴る度に窓から見ていました。 色んな種類の電車を見れて喜んでおり親としては良かったなと思います。 一方で静かな空間を求めている方にとっては踏切の音は迷惑かと思います。実際5時40分くらいから始発の音が響いていました。 101号室なら電車の走る姿を楽しめます。もう一方では電車の音だけ聞こえるのでそこはどうかと思います。 個人的には子どもがとても喜んてくれたので大変満足いたしました。'

'Overall is good but need to improve on check in process. Already done the pre-registration bug still need to key in the same information one by one for different person, snap a photo one by one, then continue by video call with customer service, very time consuming. The property itself is nice and great view direct facing the Fujisan. We enjoy the BBQ on the balcony and jacuzzi inside the villa. '

'there is no bowls in kitchen. We cooked noodles and only can use cups or plates to eat. If there are more pots and pans and bowls, that would be good.'

'The hotel was at about 20 minutes from the station. First day we took a taxi for 740 yen. On our way back to Tokyo we wanted to use the hotel shuttle but this wasn’t possible and a taxi would take too long to get there, so we walked. This was a little too far, but the location itself was good during our stay. The beds in the hotel are very hard and so are the pillows. Th rest of the hotel was good, so no complaints there and overall we were satisfied.'
