'Great rooftop view of mt fuji'

'位置極佳，步行至河口湖邊只要 5 分鐘；打開陽台落地窗，就可以看到美麗的富士山。甚至於，可以在浴室裡一邊泡澡，一邊賞景。 住宿環境非常乾淨，連陽台的桌椅幾乎都一塵不染。相關廚具的提供，豐富而多元，所有需要的東西幾乎都備齊。去超市購物後，就可以自行在屋裏烹煮、用餐，雖然住宿未提供早餐，但並不會有任何的不便利。 屋主英文極佳，很容易溝通，也很熱心提供旅遊資訊，離開時還特別出來送別，讓人覺得溫馨、盛情。 '

'Overall is good but need to improve on check in process. Already done the pre-registration bug still need to key in the same information one by one for different person, snap a photo one by one, then continue by video call with customer service, very time consuming. The property itself is nice and great view direct facing the Fujisan. We enjoy the BBQ on the balcony and jacuzzi inside the villa. '

'Stayed for two night with two kids. Great spot! Lots of restaurants around, near to 7/11 and a 15 min walk to Fuji-Q. Really beautiful house!!'

'Accessible only if you have a car, or else the walk from Kawaguchiko Station to this Villa Apartment could be troublesome.'

'A little house on legs, with bedroom and living / kitchen rooms. Very functional and clean. Makes a good base-camp for exploring. 2 minutes from station. The ‘loft’ beds have very low headroom if you needed to use them. Slide in! Good email communications on how to find key.'

'子どもが電車好きで踏切の音が鳴る度に窓から見ていました。 色んな種類の電車を見れて喜んでおり親としては良かったなと思います。 一方で静かな空間を求めている方にとっては踏切の音は迷惑かと思います。実際5時40分くらいから始発の音が響いていました。 101号室なら電車の走る姿を楽しめます。もう一方では電車の音だけ聞こえるのでそこはどうかと思います。 個人的には子どもがとても喜んてくれたので大変満足いたしました。'

'The Group operates numbers of hotel and restaurants in Japan. However all emails are long and in Japanese, which really only Japanese can understand. Also I found a strange of hair on futon.'

'房屋主人在房子等我們的到來，並用簡單的英語和我們解說房子如何使用，以及遇到問題要如何聯絡，服務100分。 有詢問家人膝蓋不好，不便上樓，雖然屋主說不行，但是客廳沙發其實很舒適，媽媽選擇了搬棉被下樓睡沙發。'

'Samurise Daruma is a convenient place to stay for visiting Mt Fuji and the five lakes region. The self check-in option is convenient. The area around the property is easy to navigate. Fujikyu station is just a few steps away. The property is a little dated but clean and has everything you need for a short stay.'

'What a wonderful holiday home. New and fresh, photos don’t do it justice. Lots of space, bedrooms are upstairs - 2 bedrooms each with 4 single beds so could accommodate a large group. Few minutes walk to the lake with fabulous views of Mt Fuji and close to Oishi park. You can see Mt Fuji from the holiday house and it had a little deck (but no table/chairs). Really quiet area. No washer/dryer which was the only negative. House is managed by the shop across the road which is where you check in...

'I booked 3 days to stay in this property. We decided on the first day that it is not for us and refunded the last day. Cons: To start, the walk to the property is the furthest walk on the entire street practically only up hill walking. It is quite annoying to get anywhere if you want to leave the property. The laundry machine is broken and leaks everywhere, leading to badly washed clothes and a wet floor. The beds were wet before we entered the villa. We tried to sleep, but too moist to...

'房子很新，很大，景色很美，有私人溫泉，足湯（普通熱水），一早起來就見到富士山，整體都很好。 不太滿意的是住了兩個晚上，抽紙，廚房紙不夠用，但房子沒有補給服務。配置的洗衣機有乾衣功能，但乾衣後衣服起雛嚴重。'

'100% perfect view of Fuji-san!! Short walk from Kawaguchiko Station and the route is generally flat and well lit at night. The property was very modern and minimalist. Room was clean but had some drain flies in the toilet. Very spacious and can easily fit four adults and luggage. Walls were not very sound-proof but was still acceptable. '
