'Più che un ostello un hotel vero e proprio con tutti i servizi annessi. La nostra camera era spaziosa (considerando il Giappone) e con servizi. Onsen molto bello, inoltre è una struttura tattoo friendly! Colazione ottima, abbiamo anche cenato, cena ok. Posizione strategica ad 1 minuto (tramite sottopasso con una 15ina di gradini) dalla stazione di Gora.'

'Very clear instructions by emails after booking. Effective communication by English via email or face to face. Very helpful staff. Excellent cleanliness in common area. Walking distance to both train stations and has bus stop in front of the hostel. Has hot water, coffee & tea supplies & clear instructions on cooking ramen by microwave oven. Could be better if there is a pantry for simple cooking with an individual sink. Will return to this hostel when revisiting Mt. Fuji area again '

'This place is fantastic! The staff is super friendly, the food and drink on site is very good quality and extremely reasonably priced. Best of all, Onsen is so relaxing and wonderful. My family (including girls 10 and 12) loved our stay here. I’m not sure why this is called a hostel, that does a complete disservice to how incredible this place is. 'I had an absolutely amazing time at Nasubi. The hostel is about a 12 min walk from Fuji station and quite easy to get to. I stayed in a mixed dorm for 3 nights. The beds was SUPER comfortable and cozy, had plenty of privacy, and were very clean. There was also sufficient space for everyone's bags in one corner. The rest of the common areas (fully usable kitchen, bathrooms, toilets, lounging area) were very clean and cozy but spacious. There are a lot of card games, books, drawing pads, video...

"Personeel was vriendelijk. Mooi uitzicht. Dan is al het positieve er ook wel mee gezegd. Kamer was zeer gedateerd en niet net. Er hingen nog plakkers op de muur van een schilderij die er mogelijks ooit heeft opgehangen. Er waren plekken op de kussens van de zetel, de zetel zelf en tafel. Er stonden twee aperaturen om te ontvochtigen en lucht te zuiveren en daarbovenop nog eens de airco/verwarming die enorm veel lawaai maakte. Dit heel de nacht door ondanks dat we deze hadden uit gezet… Het bed was hard, de zetel was alles behalve aangenaam. Tot slot was het ontbijt erg basic. Het hotel is zeer basic, akkoord, maar staat niet in evenwicht met de prijs die we hiervoor betaald hebben. We reizen veel en verblijven in veel hotels, dit was een van de mindere die we ooit al gehad hebben. "
