However, there was a huge coffee stain in one of the elevators and it wasnt cleaned (at least not during our stay). Amenities needed to be collected from the lobby, which felt a little cheap. The old lady in front of us emptied all the amenity boxes into her purse (for upcoming winter, lockdown, idk?) so we were left with nothing (I only needed a toothbrush because I forgot mine in Tokyo). "Heerlijk verblijf gehad in het hotel. Mooie kamer, goed ontbijt. Vriendelijk personeel én natuurlijk de heerlijke spa. Echt een pluspunt. Even ontspannen na een intensieve dag was heerlijk. Gescheiden spa, waar je je eerst helemaal schoonboent van top tot teen voordat je gaat ontspannen in het heerlijk warme water.
