'Staff was so helpful! Location was perfect!'

'Fabulous hotel and staff! Only a 10-minute walk from Kyoto’s shopping district and situated in a quiet neighborhood directly off the main road, Hotel Muso was perfect for our stay in Kyoto. The hotel was clean and modern, the room was clean, beautiful, and super comfortable. We loved the amenities and layout. The staff was just as wonderful. Kind, caring, and very attentive when we checked in and out and throughout our stay. They even delivered a complimentary brunch! Hotel Muso is...

'Fantastic location near so many sights and shops'

'We traveled to Kyoto as a family of 4 and arrived to Mimaru Suites in the evening. The room was like having a small apartment. It had two separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one attached to the one of the rooms and one was separate. The layouts on the website are accurate. We even had a couple nights where we watched Netflix like we do at home (however it was in Japanese! We had to do English subtitles!) There is tea and coffee available every morning from 7am - 10pm and also free sake and...

'Clean rooms and friendly staff'

'The Aoi Hotel is located centrally to great restaurants, shopping, local attractions, and beautiful views. I was pleasantly surprised to be far enough from the main hustle and bustle to have peace and quiet, but close enough to walk to enjoy Kyoto. The staff is helpful and friendly, just a chat away using their cool interactive pad accessible in the room. Our room had a washer/dryer and they provided detergent, which helped us get reset for our time in Kyoto. Did I mention it’s spacious! We had...

'Great hotel, great location (close to the subway stop, many restaurants and train station). Staff was extremely helpful. Would 100% recommend!'

'The hotel and staff were amazing. Beautiful decor, really spacious family room. Lovely touch having complimentary wine in the evening and pastries in the morning. Good location for the subway. Nice toiletries in the room. The laundry was useful. 700yen for a wash and dry where the detergent is included. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.'

'I liked the free self-serve laundry and access to bike riding services. I thought the room was lovely, clean and spacious and the staff were accommodating when we needed a late clean.'

'Had an amazing stay. Quiet neighborhood within walking distance of many top spots.'

'Een top lokatie om met een gezin Kyoto en omgeving te verkenen. Niet in de toeristische drukte maar wel luxe en dichtbij de metro en trein.'

'Great experience for our family.'
