'Mooie ruime kamers, ontbijt is sober doch ok'

'Expedia need to work better with their affiliates. I booked for a room for 5 people and when we got there they said they don't have such room. I paid for 2 nights but did a late checked in the morning after the first night. I requested a cot then and 4 more times after that. We did not get our cot till almost 10 on our last night.'

'The property is going thru renovation. So there were new mattresses, Lounge chairs all over the breakfast area. The pillows are a joke. The Room Keys didnt work 3 times during 1 night stay and breakfast was very ordinary.'

'This hotel were one of the best, I have stayed at numerous Hyatt regencies and all of them makes the grade. But this Hyatt with the view of the river puts it over the top. The staff was very nice and very knowledgeable and also very helpful. I recommend Hyatt hotels in general but I especially recommend this Hyatt in Kent Narrows '
