'When we booked we upgraded our rooms with hot tubs on the balcony and ocean view. We booked two rooms. Upon arrival they gave us rooms that faced the lagoon and no hot tubs on the balcony. I went to talk to them and was informed that those rooms are "NOT GUARANTEED " even though we paid for those rooms. Con’s: Check in was weird because I booked it here on Expedia but they “upgraded” me to the newer part of the resort where my band didn’t work in any of the restaurants on that side but it got me everything in the area where I booked.
