'The staff on the first day we checked in was amazing! She also baked freshly made chocolate chip cookies!!! The young guy who was at the desk next morning was horrible. Didn’t say hi or good morning. Didn’t respond when I said good morning. I needed help with the hot water. Didn’t say a word, came by and showed me how to do it without a word.
