'Came off our cruise and was so happy that our room was ready! We enjoyed the beautiful pool and had a delicious dinner before our flight back home. The shuttle driver was very courteous and made a special effort to take us to the airport on time. Will stay here again next time we cruise. '

'No It was almost impossible to find pickup point at airport. Talked with hotel shift manager, she was not clear where the pickup point was. Was left waiting for pickup service for almost 2 hrs. Finally there was a shift change of night hotel managers. That lady was able to correctly guide me to the pick up point. '
