'Overall, I was quite happy with my stay. The location was great for access to the riverfront park which was very nice to stroll along in the evening. My only nits were that it was a pretty good walk to get to any restaurants, the closest grocery store was nearly a mile away and the bed frame squeaked every time I rolled over. On the other hand, if you wanted to go to a Reds game you’re right next door. '

'Great property which was close to Great American Ballpark and the Taft Theatre which were the two reasons I traveled to Cincinnati—I got in at 1am and they were very accommodating at the front desk—I forgot the gentleman’s name but he was very, which was welcomed after a 16 hour travel day—I originally had a reservation at another property but they lost my reservation and I had to scramble last minute (1am) and these folks were more than welcoming to me—thanks'
'Second time at the Pickle Factory one year apart. Excellent hotel and stayed in the themed Cigars & Bourbon room again. Location is great as you’re close to downtown Cincinnati but not in the middle of chaos. It is an Airbnb setup so check-in time is 4PM and the earliest you can enter is 3:30PM. Before that, parking was not available. Overall an excellent, room, hotel, and location. '

'I forgot to get the invoice and called them in few hours to email it. I was transferred to another centre where it was so difficult speak with a rep. Don’t understand why this was a difficult task for the rep I spoke with at the hotel. It literally took 20 minutes on the phone back and forth. '

'The property is incredible. The decor, history, ambience, and staff can't be beat. I can't wait to come back and stay again. The room had every amenity imaginable, and was very comfortable. The dedicated parking garage was a great feature and even has chandeliers in it! My only issue wasn't with the hotel, it was trying to drive around the area. 'Our room was spacious and clean and the bathroom had a comfortable layout with shampoos and body wash inside the shower. Though it was noisy at night due to the street noise of loud motorcycles, cars, and trucks going by since our room was on the street side. If there is anyway to lessen the noise from the street, the hotel should do it.'
