'The accommodations met and even exceeded my expectations! Location was perfect with restaurants and grocery shopping nearby while still located in a quiet area! Communication with the host was great and the place was super clean! Would stay here again if in the area!'

'We had an enjoyable stay and found the apartment to be exceptionally clean. The balcony could benefit from a few touches to make it feel more inviting, and we noticed the absence of some basic essentials such as paper towels and dishwasher pods. 'Clean, well appointed, great communication, but get a parking spot through an app. The metro was a bit of a hike with luggage and tired kids, so we used ride services for most days. The hosts were very quick to respond, and there was a grocery store nearby. Overall, this was an incredibly easy stay. '

'This Property is in an excellent, quiet, safe neighborhood less than a block from the 'Annapolis' water...meaning lots of boating goin on. Each window has at least a partial view of the water. The entire building is well maintained. The location is easy to find and is only a short walk from downtown via a bridge you will absolutely want to walk! The Condo is on a middle floor of the building but there was never any noise from the unit above or below. The persons I met were gracious and relaxed...

'We were so excited to stay here. The property was in a neighborhood about 15 min drive from the Capital. We ate at Dennys (3 min drive) where the bathrooms were locked up. The waitress said someone was shot in the bathroom a few days prior and that’s why they were locking them. The interior looked the same as the pictures. I don’t think their cleaning people are that good. The floors were FILTHY! There was no outdoor pool or gym. The prop manager provided me some a vague map with DIRECTIONS to...

'We had a great stay. The place was located in a good area convenient to metro. We utilized both the metro and uber. There was a grocery store about 15 minute walk away. The house was clean. There were pots, dishes and dishwasher which came in handy with kids. Overall great little vacation. We hope to stay here again in the future!!'

'Our family enjoyed this property. It is located in a small condo building with parking. The property is exactly as advertised, clean and well-maintained. We especially enjoyed the outdoor space and being on the water. The kitchen is spacious and well stocked, and the condo was definitely comfortable with four. It is quick walk to downtown Annapolis across the bridge and we walked back and forth several times during the weekend. The owner is communicative and responsive. Definitely recommend!'
