'The house at kentmorr marina was a great stay and the area very good as well! Its very roomy and has a lot of space for the 12 family members that we had. We spent alot of time on the spacious deck, and really enjoyed the view of the boats at the marina, Donna was a great host and welcomed us. Thank you! She also suggested great places to eat and go to. We would most certainly stay again! '

'We were on Kent Island for a family reunion. This property comfortably accommodated our group of 6 adults and 4 children ages 10-16 (3 families). The bedrooms were large enough and spread out enough to allow for privacy and quiet spots. The volleyball court was a big hit with everyone. There were many games and additional game equipment available. Great weekend. Thank you. This is a second rental we have made with Donna and will be back again.'

'Stay there while my new home was getting work done, house was clean, perfect size for my family. It’s 50 ft to an ice cream shop and laundry mat. Our hoist even included a gift card to the ice cream shop. Great communication and perfect stay for us, felt like home '

'Our family included ages 18-81! The stairs for bedrooms were a little challenging for the 80 year old, but we knew that going in. We rented an electric scooter for traveling back and forth to USNA. All the different areas for our group of 9 (8 after sending out new midshipman off) were great for accommodating all our different needs.'

'There were four adults and a dog in our party. The house was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. Perfect location to enjoy Annapolis for the 4th of July weekend! Everything is an easy walk. Parking at the Hillman Garage was easy and just steps away. We especially enjoyed the back yard and appreciated the large table with umbrella to shade us from the sun for barbecuing and games. The B4K team helpful and responsive, and their webpage made check-in and check-out easy. '

'We had a wonderful stay at this property!! Very quaint, yet with modern utilities, especially the kitchen and bathrooms!The only drawback to the property is the parking, so if you do not need a car during your stay, it is ideal! We managed with the parking as there is a garage within short walking distance of the property, just be sure to budget that into your stay.The highlight of the property is the upstairs balcony with some comfy chairs! Very relaxing and perfect for morning coffee or...

'The house was perfect for our family. The family room couch was perfect for us to all snuggle up together and watch TV or just relax. Plenty of room in the house for everybody to spread out as well.We had a small issue with the alarm pad beeping but Colin responded to my message promptly and was at the house to fix the problem in no time. 'Accommodated us comfortably, seven people. We were at the house for only morning/ breakfast and night/sleeping. Did not use many of the amenities, hot tub, washer/dryer, patio, lower level etc. Management was very helpful with any questions or issues we had. '

'Just finished a 2-night stay here, and it was fantastic. I'm a clean freak, and this rental was SUPER clean! My son attends the Naval Academy, and he was able to stay with me for one of the nights. Beds were comfy, and it was nice having a TV in both bedrooms. Owner was very quick to respond to any questions I had, and it was great having a washer and dryer available to use. I would definitely stay again!'
