'Brand new- Frint desk went above and beyond to accommodate us'

'Room was very filthy!! - blankets had brown stains. - room was not cleaned properly ( hand prints in bed back board ) - hairs on bed sheets. - all towels had brown stains. - bathroom had hairs all over. - mirrors had prints. - carpets were very dirty with stains. Hotel is in need of a lot of maintenance. I need to mention that I paid 100 dlls for the room. I guess you get what you paid for.'

'Me & my family stayed here to visit the water park and we had the most horrible experience. We arrived late for check in & was tired so we decided to pickup food & snacks for the kids from the hotel lobby. We placed the items in the refrigerator & woke up the next morning to find food it spoiled and ice cream all melted because the refrigerator wasn’t working.
