'Pros: Good location, friendly staff, ADA room was actually accessible with good supports in the bathroom. Cons: Filthy. I don't think they vacuum ever, bathroom was disgusting and blanket had stains. Water pressure is terrible. Staff sits outside the front entrance on their phones, smoking cigarettes. Would not recommend.'

'The staff were very kind, however the property is in need of both cleaning and updates. Our shower had mold on the ceiling and the curtain liner, the jacuzzi tub needed to be cleaned, and the room definitely had a very strong odor. We were only able to get a smoking room and the scent was extremely evident, to the point where it affected sleep and made my clothes smell that I didn't even wear. I understand the appeal of a smoking room for some, but the small space made it hard to handle. The TV...

'The hotel is obviously a low cost hotel, but it is in dire need of updating. Hallway carpets were pretty gross looking and the room didn’t even have a closet (it had a door for a closet, but only a pipe inside the door with nothing to hang clothes on). Lights would flicker and come on slowly when you’d turn the switch on. The AC worked but not very well. But it’s quiet and cheap, sufficed for a quick overnight stay for a wedding.'

'This was a perfectly fine hotel for a quick two-night stay in the area. It was conveniently located right next to a Dunkin' Donuts, making the morning coffee run super easy. The hotel itself was under renovations, so there was a lot of construction stuff around. That said, the hotel was amazingly quiet, so I was able to sleep soundly both nights. The attached restaurant is a solid option for a quick meal if you don't have time to drive out to Newport. I was very happy with my dinner there on...
