'First, the house was well equipped and very nicely appointed. It is a very comfortable house to kick back in. Communication from the owners was exceptionally clear and they went out of their way to answer question I had.Second, location is great. Its on the road to Blue Ridge tunnel and it's a quick hike to the entrance. It's also a stone's throw from 151 and all its vineyards and breweries. Highly recommend....'

'This was an excellent place for on overnight stay near Staunton. The cottage was neat and efficiently laid out, and the free ranging chickens were a delight. Far enough away from downtown Staunton that you felt like you were in the country but close enough to get to the theater in less than ten minutes.'

'There were a few little hiccups, the top bunk bar was not attached (not an issue as it wasn’t fully needed) and the oven was broken but I message the owner and he replied back very quickly. Neither were an issue for us. The house was perfect! Plenty of cooking supplies for our crew of 12. We loved the deck and spent plenty of time out there and there were more than enough towels for everyone. The check out rules were very clear and reasonable. 'We were in Charlottesville for a wedding and stayed here for a few nights with our kids (6, 4, and 2). I wouldn't say this house is necessarily kid-friendly, but they loved it anyway! This was a very cool, renovated old house with plenty of space for all of us. The location was awesome and near everything we needed to get to. If we ever find ourselves in Charlottesville again, I wouldn't hesitate to book this house.'

'This house is stunning and walkable to everything in downtown Charlottesville! The home feels like a Spanish villa and each room is decorated incredibly. We had a group of 13 for a bachelorette party and we had plenty of space for ourselves and to gather in the living room, kitchen, and cute courtyard. Everyone in our party was obsessed with this house. The service was wonderful and it was also very cool to get access to the social club. Can't recommend this place enough!'

'Charming. That's the word for this little house. Two very comfortable beds (separate bedrooms) for my friend and me. The big farmhouse dining table was perfect for a jigsaw and the front iving room was bright and airy. On top of all this, there was not a speck of dust anywhere...it was sparklingly clean.I'd book here again in an instant.'
