The guests in the weekend are not so nice, free breakfast is enormously popular- people tend to binch as much as possible and spill on chairs and floors, egg and other stuff, which really anoyed me! On Monday very nice sm decent people. The weekend guest also drink amd bring glass bottles to the pool which is not safe in my opinion. No guard there. '

'Honestly this hotel is not a bad option. We chose a pet friendly hotel and they accommodated us with our fur babies very well. Place was clean. "Parking tariff are a rip off. Everytime you leave the parking they charge 20 usd plus tax overnight is 34 usd. Parking is more expensive then staying there. Whoever thought of this policy should be fired."
"Groundfloor looks nice, but rooms are old and lifts are very small. No diner available, this can be bought in adjacent restaurant with the same name. We where told it has no affiliation with the hotel. Rooms are big but outdated and bathroom was also out of date and uncomfortable."
"Nice hotel at the right location of San Antonio. Just a few minutes from the river walk and a few steps from the Alamo. Nice and clean rooms. Breakfast is good if you want breakfast burritos. The bar (all say happy hour) was a bit boring. Staff was friendly. The valet was pretty expensive, but that's the same at all hotels."
