'静かな住宅地の中にあります。 建物の周りで放し飼いにされているニワトリが親子でのんびりと餌をついばんでいます。 近くにはグアム日本人学校があります。 街の中心からは離れているのでレンタカーを利用しないと移動は困難です。 とは言ってもグアム自体が小さな島なので10分から15分ほどで近くのビーチ、スーパーマーケットやショッピングモールに行くことができます。 空港からも10分くらいです。 徒歩圏内に飲食店はないので朝食などは自炊をするといいでしょう。 調理器具や食器、基本的な調味料は置いてありました。 グアムの生活を楽しみたい人にはぴったりだと思います。'

'Power inside and out wouldn't stay on. Stairs are a a death trap. Ceiling in kitchen is falling down. Stinks. Laundry is 2 rusty machines outside next to the stairs. Area is full of barking dogs. We left after 2 minutes, stayed at the hilton. Place is a dump!!!'

'Well-furnished, quiet location with a large yard and a short walk to the beach and marina restaurant and bar if you would like a drink!'

'Good, safe location. Close to all the malls, and a 2min drive to the beach. Pool was nice, if a little old. If you have kids, having 2 rooms and 2mbathrooms is a god send. Will stay here again. '
