'Property is not at all as advertised. The main picture is not the hotel, but an event venue at the front of the building. The room was in poor condition. Walls had holes, bedding had holes, could feel the springs in the bed. The whole building smells bad. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because they refunded my money without argument when I told them I could not stay there.'

'Kamer was schoon en de indeling was ideaal voor ons gezin. Woongedeelte voor de kids en de aparte slaapkamer voor de ouders. Het hele hotel zag er netjes uit. Het ontbijt was klein, maar wel goed. Koffie, muffins, fruit, cornflakes en chocolademelk. Het was allemaal vers. Het terras buiten was ook voorzien van dikke kussens om op te zitten. Wasruimte was ideaal. In het zwembad lagen drie dode insecten, dat was het enige minpuntje. Ik zou dit hotel zo weer boeken.'

'When I arrived at the hotel, I was informed that my reservation was canceled. The hotel staff was very helpful in booking me a new reservation and also gave me a discount. The room had a slight odor but seemed to be clean. there was no telephone In the room the landing leading to the room, there were several people sitting out there smoking cigarettes, and the smell was going throughout the property. other than that It wasn't that bad for the price.'

'The room was to be non-smoking, it wasn't. That was the least of the issues. The room didn't smell of smoke but smelled awful- permeated everything from clothes to travel bags. Everything we had with us went into the washer when we got home, regardless of if we wore it. Bathroom was filthy from the walls to the tub to the floor. We did not shower there - tub was disgusting. 'The chevk in area seemed vkesn and it smelled fine. The room we were given once the air conditioning was turned off snelled like weed. My allergies were insane because ofvthe bad smell. The counter/drssers was dirty, there was food in between the sheets, and stains kn the blanket. I had to buy a cleaning spray and wipe the bathroom and all other areas that could've been tkuched by the children. The place is outdated and in need of an uodate. 'Property sent message asking for incidental deposit (that was never on the listing). The message asked me to send money to a CashApp account or a Zelle account. The CashApp account was provided but the Zelle account was only given a weird account name (—-@——-). When I tried to transfer with CashApp I received a msg saying this account looked like scam. I wrote back to the property asking for the Zelle account. The property never provided me that information. Instead they asked me to call a phone...

'De kamer was erg groot, wat heerlijk was. Alles was erg schoon en het personeel uiterst vriendelijk. Ook het zwembad en spa zijn goed. '

'We didn't stay here! We walked into the room and saw hair in the bathroom sink, there were 2 beds and one was so close to the bathroom door that you had to shimmy past the bed or climb over it to get to the bathroom. There were flies in the room too. It looked like some sort of apartment deep in the hood! My wife was basically disgusted with the place. I'm trying to get a refund for this as we had to find another hotel for the night.'
