'The property aesthetic was nice. But there was a used toilet brush that had which I thought was unpleasant. Usually when you stay at a place they either provide a brand new toilet brush or there won’t be one at all. The toilet seat was slightly broken too. Considering these things it doesn’t really add up for this place amount spent for only three nights. But other than that the location was good and was right next to Westfields. '

'The room was clean, check-in was quick and staff was nice. However, it was quite noisy in the room because of the road adjacent to the hotel. It almost seemed like the windows were open, when they were in fact closed, so sound isolation is not good. Would recommend to take ear plugs with you, or buy some at the Boots across the road as I did.'
