'The only justification for the cost was the fact that it was 2 bedrooms. The communication with the host was so difficult and frustrating. We couldn’t figure out how to make the heat work during our stay, not sure if it worked. Cleanliness of the property should’ve been much better for the price. There are 2 flights of stairs to make it into the property- if you’re traveling with bags- beware! Overall not a good experience and would NOT recommend this property or host '

'Excellent hotel will definitely come back!'

'Kamer had een verschrikkelijk muffe geur. Raam kon niet open dus de stank bleef. Ontbijt goed en uitgebreid. Wel erg druk en lawaaierig in de ontbijtzaal. Vriendelijk personeel.'

'the property had been closed and renovated and recently reopened. we liked its freshness and decor and its amenities. the water and milk supplied in the room's mini fridge were a very nice touch. it is so close to the Westfield mall and Shepherds Bush underground.'
