'Counting House is an average hotel as far as service is concerned . We were there for four days but our room was not cleaned once. The elevator was regularly out of service. The room was spacious and nice. The receptionists were very helpful'

'The Blackbird hotel was perfect in any way! The staff were so friendly, from the checking in, to breakfast and checking out. Our room was truly beautiful and such a pleasure to stay in. Breakfast was also really good! You can start with some basics such as croissants, pain au chocolat etc. and yoghurt/granola. After this you get to choose anything from the menu, which was amazing. Location is perfect. Situated just at the underground of Earl’s Court. Direct line from St. Pancras and the city...

'Everything you would expect from a stay at the Hoxton. Easy access to the Central line and Circle line and walking distance to the Westfield mall and a bit further to get to the centre of Nothing Hill. Only disappointed by fact that there was no smart TV that can be connected to streaming services on your phone. Which would complete a room service experience on weekend mornings :)'

'Het is een hotel op een mooie locatie. Toeristische locaties zijn snel en goed te bereiken met de metro. Het hotel ziet er van buiten statig uit. De lobby, het restaurant en de bar zien er mooi uit. We hebben zelf twee kamers gehad en vonden deze (te) klein en verouderd. De kamers hebben een opfrisbert nodig. Vrienden hadden een ruimere kamer met bank en dat was een stuk beter.'

'The hotel is on walking distance of many shops and an underground station. The welcome by the hotel staff was friendly, and they were very helpful when there was an issue with the safe. The room was big enough and had everything needed. If you are looking for an affordable hotel in London for a city trip I would recommend this hotel.'
