'LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION ..... and great value! We were in town for the Snowmobile Water-cross races held in Lake Linden. Less than 5 miles from the venue. We enjoy the dining in Calumet and points north. The property is shared, the hosts house is 150' to the west and the only time we knew they were there was when their vehicles were parked in front of the garage. 'We were extremely impressed with the apartment. It was extremely clean. Everything was new and modern looking, beautiful kitchen. 'Exactly as described. Clean unit. The town itself doesn’t have much but a few restaurants were within 5 miles. Unit does not have heat/ac except ac window unit in bedroom and heat seems to come from owner section of house. It was not a big issue for us at this time of year. Host was responsive. '

'It was a nice little place in a great location. Only quibble is that there were no complimentary toiletries so you’ll have to bring your own. Not a problem, just didn’t know about it before hand. If we are in the area again soon we’ll definitely return. '

'We had such a fantastic stay in Calumet! This apartment had everything we needed to explore the upper peninsula with comfort and ease. There were 2 a/c units that kept us very comfortable. 'Great house and location! The home is beautifully renovated and walking distance to attractions. My husband and I stayed with two other couples. We all had our own room and a separate bathroom for each couple. The host is very responsive. Only negative is street noise. Bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper. Having the AC fan running in the room helped tremendously. We would definitely return! '

'After 3 days of 'living rough' in the Porcupine Mts, we were delighted with this suite! The apt was CLEAN and modern. Bed was super comfy and linens were wonderful.
