'Definitely the staff are all friendly and helpful. We had multiple staff assist us for 1 request as if they were vying to see who gets to help :) Room was clean. Temperature control is handly. Right across from Convention centre is convinient. Person who cleaned our room is very proactive. She must have seen that we drink tea only, so she put extra tea in the room. Pool is great.
