'Just a good hotel'

'I had 2 problems in my room. I couldn’t connect my tv to the wifi and the ac unit. It was really hot that day, and I just had to reset it for it to get cold just for a while. I via texted with staff he helped, but we still couldn’t adjust the thermostat. So we just went down to the pool to cool down. My tv I just couldn’t get it to connect to watch Netflix or YouTube. It kept going to the cable channels so we just turned it off the whole day. My question for the pool, I was expecting it to be...

'Very clear instructions and the system for entry, bathroom share, food, and laundry were perfect. There are cats (see pictures of their property), so be aware if you have allergies. Although, you'd have no idea they have any, the house is immaculate and no smells or hair! Very friendly owners. Would absolutely stay again. They have pain killers available, phone chargers, and basic hygiene items. Breakfast available (muffins, yogurt, oat milk, cereals, granola bars) and coffee. Safe...

'Older building, not superbly maintained, tight parking, minimal amenities, could use a facelift at the very least. Not completely quiet either, but accomplished the goal of having a place to stay.'

'We came for a family event and ended with a medical emergency. The staff was so helpful and gave great directions to the ER. They also us to check out 30 minutes later and had a room reserved if we needed to stay another night.'
