'The room was nice and clean. Loved the morning breakfast. The grounds reminded me of a college campus and not a hotel parking lot. Close to restaurants and shopping.'

'Beds are extremely, painfully soft. Building is disorienting- even staff get turned around. Problems were not resolved in a timely manner. I feel bad for reception bc they are kind but the place is not a good spot.'

'One of my better hotel stays. Very helpful and friendly staff, clean and well maintained rooms, pool area well lighted and maintained. The breakfast buffet was exceptional in variety and quality. The location was very convenient with access to major highways, the Port Columbus airport and hotel shuttle service for the airport (which I did not need or use but helpful for those who would need that). Very spacious room with comfortable bed and both soft and firm pillows. There are local dining...

Super lekker ontbijt. Heerlijk rustige ligging. We hebben tijdens onze vakantie vele hotels bezocht, maar dit hotel staat voor ons echt op nummer 1 !'

'Will never stay here again. We stay at mostly Hampton Inns for ball tournaments all over Canada and the US and most are great. Not this one! Our room was damp and reeked of mildew and mold. The carpet was wet the whole weekend, the beds and pillows were damp and gross. We all got sick after day 2. Disgusting. No room service, fresh towels, toilet paper or tissues for a 3 night stay. Had to call the front desk 3 times for towels, facecloths and toilet paper (once at 4am!) and was told come down...

'We did not spend a single night here due to the room being filthy and having actual holes and human feces being on the walls and bathtub. A broken picture frame, a broken lamp, and having no open pool even though it said there was one when booking. The room was cheap but you could not have paid me to stay in any room in this hotel if that room was deemed acceptable. If I could rate it lower then I have I would have. If you accidentally book this room they do not do refunds so just stay anywhere...

'Wonderful 4 night stay with my great niece. Quiet, clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Indoor pool was a plus. Staff were kind, welcoming, helpful. Outdoor and indoor bar with plenty of seating and tables. Westerville location near many popular restaurants. Close to interstate. Highly recommended.'

'Very decent place considering the price! We stayed for sonic temple so we spent more time outside of the hotel than we did in it. It is a comfortable place to stay! The area is nice, and the staff were friendly when we interacted with them. The main room was quite cleanly however the bathroom could use a little work, and the bathroom door did not work correctly but it wasn't a problem as I was staying with my partner.'
