'Prostitution area. I stood outside to have a cigarette and a guy drove up to me looking for entertainment. Hotel needs to finish renovating because phones didn’t work and ac was leaking on the floor I woke up to a puddle of water by my bed. Beds were comfortable snd shower was nice'

'Location is very good, near subway, a big supermarket and restaurants. Room was all we asked for. Cleaning of the room could’ve been done more frequent- it was done once in the 5 nights we stayed. They came for the 2nd time on the day we were checking out. '
'Nice and very clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Very close to bus stop (bus 20) takes you to Magnificent Mile, The Bean…and bus 8 took us right to Rate field for a White Sox game. Just blocks down from Randolph Ave… lots of fun outdoor eateries!!

However, it’s a large hotel, and that comes with some downsides. There was a long queue for both check-in and check-out, as not all service desks were staffed. We stayed for four nights, but had to downgrade our room because it still wasn’t ready — even at 5 PM. There was no refund, and as compensation we were offered a free breakfast, which turned out to be just for one day. Very disappointing.
Upon check-out, the bills I received showed additional charges of $352.26 for taxes and parking. However, my credit card was charged a total of €495.88 — significantly more than expected. I sent multiple messages via Expedia, but the hotel never responded. Since I was traveling through the U.S., I didn’t have the time to call and follow up properly. I sincerely hope the hotel will look into this and respond accordingly."
