I loved the thoughtful anniversary decorations, which made the occasion special. They also allowed a late check-out and provided pillows with the perfect firmness for a great night's sleep. 'The Londoner was by far the most beautiful hotel we have ever stayed at. The people and the attention to detail could not be faulted. We received a complimentary roomupgrade to one of there biggest suites, in addition
we where offered a bottle of champagne by the hotel in the evening.
Used two of the Four Season Restaurants, Service is excellent and food quality is very high standard

'Het is een aanrader het hotel is echt perfect. Alles is tot op de puntjes verzorgd het uitzicht van uit de kamer is grandioos. Het ontbijt word op je kamer verzorgd en volledig neer gezet door het personeel. De faciliteiten van het hotel zijn grandioos zwembad is heel erg mooi en verzorgd ook de 38Lounge is een aanrader om heen te gaan voor de entertainment. Het Hotel heeft verschillende restaurants welke de meeste wel een michelen rating hebben. Het is een aanrader om te verblijven '

'Stayed at the Conrad because I love the bath product brand Byredo which they use for this resort location. Very convenient that it connects to the other resorts and the room was very spacious. Customer service was great from the reception to concierge. Complimentary shuttle bus to terminal was helpful too! '

'This is by far the best hotel experience I’ve had in Macau. The check in was quick, staff very friendly and helpful, unlike many other hotels that I’ve stayed at! Their bar in the lobby is also very nice, excellent food and drinks. Would love to come here again for sure!'
