'I always count on the quality of the Country Inn & Suites, and the room was fine and clean. The location of this hotel behind closed/run down buildings with car sized potholes makes it immediately concerning; which I see now why the rates are low for this chain; its location. I felt safe in the room, but not in the area.'

'This property is under construction so there is no access to certain parts of it. The fitness room is not open and the elevator is not working. There was also issues with smoking in the rooms but the staff was responsive when notified of the issue. Staff is helpful and friendly but due to current condition of property we probably won't stay again until it is finished with the remodel.'
