'Wifi didnt work. Front desk wasnt able to help. Neither was the company running the service. Laundry issues. runs on quarters too, however hotel is not able to supply. Besides those 2 frustrating issues, all good, however hotel is stuck in the mid 90's, thats what it looks like. Nothing wrong with that, but its not even trying to compete with the rest. Room windows poorly seal so sound like theyre open all the time. Not worth the price. There are far better options for the same if not lower...

'My family was there for a birthday celebration and had gotten caught in the snowstorm on January 31 2026. The staff was so accommodating to my family that they allowed us to have a brief celebration at the hotel. My family was so delighted and grateful to the staff that weekend. '
