'My wife and I stayed at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Concord, North Carolina, from May 9–11, 2026. Unfortunately, this was the most disappointing Hilton property experience we have had in the area.
The breakfast was by far the worst we have encountered at any hotel, ever. Sunday’s breakfast was marginally better than Monday’s, but overall the quality of the fare and selection were poor. My wife took one bite and threw away the rest.

Laundry issues. runs on quarters too, however hotel is not able to supply.
Besides those 2 frustrating issues, all good, however hotel is stuck in the mid 90's, thats what it looks like. Nothing wrong with that, but its not even trying to compete with the rest. Room windows poorly seal so sound like theyre open all the time. Not worth the price. There are far better options for the same if not lower...
