'Paid thru Expedia with affirm. At check in they could not process the damage deposit on Expedias form of payment. So instead of just putting the deposit on a different card they made me pay for the entire stay again. They could clearly see I had prepaid but refused to accept it. Terrible service. '

'When is the last time you and your partner slept in a double bed? Horseshoe Bay allows you to bring your pet. Our reservation was for a king bed with lake view. But they put us in a ‘villa’ with no view and double bed! So uncomfortable .we were not told that pets were not allowed in the main building when we registered. It was difficult to sleep.'
