'I booked our stay at Monarc Ranch for the April 8 eclipse, when we had a problem with our previous booking. We stayed for 2 nights for a family of 4 (including our 5 and 3 year old boys). 'Overall we had a great stay, but it was more about price and location than anything. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, so that was great! Rooms are outdated and there were obvious areas that were damaged from water. Carpet was very questionable/gross. Paid for a balcony but there’s rooms above you without a balcony that just open up to your balcony which is odd. Also no light on balcony so can’t use at night.
