We kregen als kers op de taart een privé-rondleiding van dhr. Warwick, die ons alle ins-en-outs van het House vertelde en ons meenam om de "stunning vieuws" te bewonderen.

Verder was alles netjes maar er lag wat stof op de vensterbank en ook op de vloer. En de zwarte doucheruimte zou ik niet met witte handdoek schoonmaken. Dan blijven de pluisjes zichtbaar aanwezig. Het personeel was heel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam en je kon de koffers en tassen bij hun bewaren. Zelf vind ik het wel heel leuk om begroet te worden bij binnenkomt...

'Prachtige locatie. Heel mooi en uniek historisch kader. Het ontbijt was heel uitgebreid en lekker. Zwembad en wellness waren een pluspunt. De behulpzaamheid en de service van het personeel was uitmuntend. Jammer genoeg was de netheid van de badkamer heel slecht. Veel schimmel en een muffe geur. Buiten dit feitvonden het verblijf top! '

"We stayed at the Doubletree Hilton hotel for 1 night and were very pleased. We booked a standard room which was clean and had all the necessary accomodations you would expect (water cooker, coffee, tea, iron, ironing board, vault,…). The room itself was rather small (we travelled with 1 large suitcase, 1 small and 2 backpacks) but the layout of the room was good providing even enough space next to the bed to open the large suitecase. There were enough power supplies (we counted 14 power outlets in total) which also contained an USB-A outlet. The bathroom was compact but there was plenty of space to place your toiletries. Showergel, shampoo, handgel and body lotion were all present.
The breakfast was well organised and quite complete: english breakfast, bread, several serials, meat, cheese, several juices, a wide arrangement of fruits, yochurt and cakes.
The hotel is also located at a busstop for the A1 which drives directly from and to the airport, which is very convenient. Overall there was nothing to fault. I had a good night sleep and an enjoyable stay. "

The room is not very big but has a water cooker with coffee/tea amenities and is quite cozy. It also has Netflix streaming which is great if you are staying for one week. I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for a hip and trendy hotel to stay at nearby Cabot Circus."

"Vriendelijk personeel, er werd echter niet mee gelopen om de kamers te wijzen.
We hadden twee kamers, duidelijk verschil. Eén kamer was een stuk groter, had een tafeltje en een stoel en een grotere wastafel. Die kamer was op de rustige kant. De andere kamer was krapper en zat aan een drukke weg.
Zeer goede bedden. Wel wat gehorig, vloer kraakt ook op meerdere plekken.
