We had to move rooms as the one we were staying in was booked already, but they had our new room ready to move our things to, before we even left the hotel for our activities.'

Where it fell short wet the amenities which I’ve been accustomed to in my previous stays. It’s a little thing, but when you pay $400 for a hotel room you expect better than 1 ply toilet paper. My keycard didn't work the first time and I had to get it reprogrammed. I had no instructions given to me as to how to check out, and there was no drop box or the like for my keycards when I left before staff was there in the morning.'
