'Booked for two days and was forced to check out at 10am the next day and recheck in later. Missed morning of skiing and family time to repack everything and had to store my luggage in the lobby and wait for recheck. Lost money time and host only promised compensation but no longer responded. Please save your time and money, go somewhere else and BEWARE of this host!'

'The only 2 things I wished it had was a mini fridge and microwave. With no food options convenient near by, we had leftovers and couldn't heat them up after hours. Or anywhere to store cold drinks and food. Other then that love the Zurmatt '

'The property is fine. We have stayed at other units at Zermatt before, so it was very familiar. Having the two connected units for the extra beds was very helpful for us. What is the same: access to off-road trails, swimming pool, and nearby restaurants. We were able to park out truck and side by side trailer just outside the parking lot, which was very useful for us. It’s harder to find a place with a longer bathtub for an adult, but this place has one! What has changed: nearby restaurants...
