'Mister Jacob (the owner) is a very friendly man who is flexible in arriving and departure times. He responds to e mail almost immediately. He was there as we arrived later than expected from Miami. We were allowed to use the garage for the rental car. The house was clean and it is equipped with all the things you need such as a washer, dryer, big kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. 'Pool was great, plenty of room for dog to run, inside of house was comfortable. Could use some updating on outdoor chairs, indoor couch, and propane side of grill, but, it wasn't any reason not to give it 5 stars. Would rent it again as it was very peaceful during this time of year.'
