'The property was beautiful, very clean and had all described amenities. However, for a house that sleeps up to 22 people there was very minimal necessities, for example; no oven mits, zero extra towels/blankets/pillows, not enough plates/cutlery. No kitchen towels. I believe this is a newer listing so overall this property was great and worth the money but a 50 run to the dollar store would definitely make a difference. '

'This was a beautiful house and Zoie was incredibly responsive with any issues, although there really were no issues. Caught plenty of fish off the dock and the kids bunk room was so cool for my children. Great place to stay and the golf cart was perfect to get to the beach so to have the intercostal and easy access to the beach was a unique opportunity. Thanks Zoie. '

'The property is as described online. There is a lot of space, it is very clean, and well decorated. The owner, Maya, was very quick to respond to our questions. When we experienced a problem with the WiFi, she had the local provider come out right away to replace the router. She is pleasant and wants her guests to enjoy their stay.'

'The location is nice an quiet and in a safe area. This was a GREAT value, but note some things in the comment for improvements. The home is clean, relatively updated and spacious for 2 people. Neighbors were quiet and working folks in the cul du sac. The items that could be improved to make a stay perfect: 1) Some sort of instruction booklet on expectations, things in the area, check out times, how run furnance/ac, etc... There was password to access wi-fi on table, which was about it. 2)...

'This house has a multitude of amenities. I highly recommend this house if you have teenagers. A lot to do without leaving the home. The pool is very well kept and the outdoor space is great for hanging out in the shade or in the sun. The pool table kept the girls occupied many nights as well. All the rooms are spacious and the towels/linens are plentiful. A large dining room table is great and conveniently located off the large kitchen with updated appliances. There are Samsung TV's in...

'In town for a 40th HS reunion at the Safety Harbor Spa and Resort. Location was excellent for walking there main st spots. Very cool place and the pics are a great representation. Fully stocked with everything you need super cold & quiet AC. Great patio but too hot for me to want to be on it. Christine is the bomb as far as communications and flexibility go. A lot of my buddies wanted to rent this at Italia next year for our own unofficial 41st reunion.'
