'Listed as private home , once you get there and read the house rules it states shared refrigerator with owner. Owner comes in while you are gone and turns off all lights and the Ac, even goes into your locked room to turn off ac.'

'This was the perfect place for our family of 6 to spend a long baseball weekend. We were close to the ball fields my grandson was playing on. Lockport is a cute little town. We felt safe in this location. We commuted about 45 min to downtown Chicago to visit several tourist attractions. The house has a full kitchen, nice dining room and living room. Everything in the house was clean and in good shape. We definitely will be staying here again for future tournaments or Chicago visits!'

'Yes this property isn't in the best area, but the house itself is amazing. The beds are comfortable. The fire pit is nice and they even have a s'mores kit! There are games, balls and a hula hoop for the kids. We stayed here to see Beyonce in Chicago and we'd do it again. Even had a free parkpass to get to the beaches l. It's a 10/10'

'This home was not ready for a hospitable stay as depicted in the picture when we booked it. It looked like someone had been living there for quite a while, with hair everywhere—in the bathtub, beds, and sink. The bed was made, and it seemed like someone just walked out the door. There were many issues. One of the bedsheets was damp, and the other looked like it had been slept in for a week or two without being washed. 'We had a group of 8 that was attending a basketball tournament at McCormick Place. The house is an easy 10 minute drive from McCormick, and it was much more comfortable than staying in a hotel. The house is very large and spacious. We could have had a bigger group and still would have had plenty of room. The neighborhood was quiet. The beds were decent. They had everything we needed in the kitchen, and they even provided small soaps and toiletries in all the bathrooms, which was a nice surprise....
