'It's modern with a stylish aesthetic. ​Love the shower booth with good water pressure. ​The biggest disappointment is sleep quality. The mattress (non branded) was notably saggy, lacking the support needed for a restful night. Most frustratingly, the padding was so thin (non existent) that I could feel the individual springs pressing through.'

'Zeer net en aangenaam hotel. De kamers zijn aan de kleine kant, maar het blijft voldoende en de voorzieningen zijn goed. We hebben dit hotel genomen als tussenstop voor een trip in Hokkaido, net na en voor nemen van onze locale vluchten vanuit Tokyo. Hiervoor is het hotel perfect geschikt. Ik zou het echter minder snel aanraden indien men hier een paar dagen wil verblijven aangezien de kamers niet erg groot zijn en andere hotels meer voorzieningen kunnen hebben. Kom hier echter zeker terug...

'A very grand reception, but the room was small and not so modern. It was rather clean and there was a fridge in the room. The bathroom was way too small with such a huuuuge toilet in the middle. Also a big chair that took up a lot of space in the room. Location can be inconvenient as it is still quite a walk to the nearest metro station. The self-laundry facilities and vending machines were great. Reception staff needs to improve their English. Our most expensive stay in Hokkaido.'

'Everything about this accomodation was perfect to us. Easy to reach from the airport, the shuttle bus to the station was extremely straight forward, and for us the walking distance of 1km to the city was no issue whatsoever. The room was amazing, spaceous, clean, cozy and the bathroom fully equiped. We were surprised to learn about included sauna access and drinks at the hotel bar. We would return!'

'今回、エスコンフィールドに試合を見に行くために利用させていただきました。 新千歳空港からも近く、北広島駅にもアクセスがよく大変助かりました。　　 お部屋もとても綺麗でキッチン用品や洗濯機もあり、長期滞在にも良さそうです。 なにより部屋の小物等にもこだわっているようで、オシャレでした。 チェックインのメールがこちらの端末の不具合でうまく届きませんでしたが、すぐご対応してくださりありがとうございました。 また北海道に遊びに来た時はぜひ利用させていただきたいです。'

'家族6人（30~80代）で泊まりました。駅からも歩ける距離で、お部屋も広くて綺麗で良かったです。コンセントの位置や数が不便な部分はありましたが、不満になるほどではないです。土地柄的なのかもしれませんが、エアコンが1台だったので、奥の部屋は少し寝苦しさがありました。全体的にはおすすめできるホテルです！'

'We only stayed a night before our flight. We had the worst time looking for parking because there were no parking stalls available even thought we saw numerous empty stalls. But they were probably reserved or the people were out. We had to stop on the side of the road in the rain to run our luggage to and from the hotel and the staff said they could t watch it so one of us had to stay with it while the others ran back and forth, luckily we had many people. There was a disconnect with Expedia...
