'Rooms were clean and very nice for a weekend stay. The hotel staff were very friendly. The restaurant that is in the lobby has a GREAT breakfast that was included with our stay. The service at the restaurant felt like you were with family. We loved this place and we are planning our next trip now. '

'We stayed here for 3 days during a dance competition and chose it for the pool, hot tub, and breakfast. The beds were comfortable and our kids really enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi.
However, the hotel feels a bit outdated and could use some updates. There were signs of past water damage in the room and some areas that didn’t look fully cleaned. Breakfast was convenient, but the pancake machine was broken and food wasn’t always restocked quickly.
The jacuzzi had a lot of foam from treatment, and...

'The rooms are great. They are large, modern and very clean. There is plenty of room to move around. It's in a wooded area so it feels a bit secluded. The views out the rooms are nice. The staff is great. There is a lady there that is either the owner or manager and she is wonderful. She knows the area, makes great suggestions on food and fun stuff to do. 'The virtual assistance at the front desk was extremely rude - stating she was super busy and will get to help us when she can. Our plug stopped working so microwave and toaster didn’t work. We had no internet thought the storm was over. No priorities and cleaners never came. Basically, it’s a fend do yourself type of place - good luck is anything happens someone will come help you. '
