'We arrived late. The lobby was busy. I later learned they were training new staff. We paid for a king bedroom and was given a queen bedroom. When we turned the sheets, we found a very big stain. They moved us and offered some snacks. We said no. We spoke to the manager the next morning. It was a nice conversation. I would not recommend this hotel.
I stayed here for three nights and was extremely disappointed by the cleanliness of the property. Upon arrival, I found hair in multiple areas of the room, including the bathroom, and the toilet seat was not properly cleaned. The fabric on the chairs was heavily stained and soiled, making the room feel unclean from the moment I walked in.
The condition of the room caused me to question the cleanliness of the bedding as well. Thankfully, I brought my own...

'Great location, excellent room on the 5th floor! Everything seemed fresh & new after the recent remodel. Fun in the casino downstairs, great drinks. Restaurant was a bit lacking for breakfast, they were “slammed”, probably due to a lack of other options in the area. Food came out cold, a bit slow but friendly service. She was trying! Free, secure parking out front - I wasn’t worried about my bike in the back of the truck. Will definitely return at some point!👍'
