'You get what you get. We stayed for an early morning flight and we didn’t need anything special, but the room/hallways reeeeked of weed, the staff clearly don’t really care about “customer service” and the hairdryer literally caught on fire when I tried to use it. '

'Breakfast was great, with made to order omelets and waffles. Happy hour had a nice selection of apps ever day, and evening meal from restaurant was good. Hotel was not very clean, with filthy carpet, and tables were not cleaned off when going to breakfast. Room was not cleaned every day, and coffee was not restocked in room. Second elevator never worked, which meant we had a very long walk to our room.'

'The location was good. Most staff members were nice and helpful. I didn’t get the chance to swim in the pool. There were too many children during all hours of operation, There should be adult hours and children hours which would help everyone to enjoy the pool. Also I was charged $30 to park in the parking lot, which I found that was a ridiculous charge. Also, the front desk wanted my husband to come to get toilet paper. That was not customer service. We should not have ran out of toilet paper...
