We went to Cincinnati with another couple for an overnight getaway and everything was great until we got up this morning and went down for breakfast at 7 a.m when breakfast was supposed to start. 'Hotel is prima, avondploeg was vriendelijk, maar de ochtend ploeg keek chagrijnig en wilde mij niet graag te woord staan bij vragen over ontbijt of uitchecken.. ontbijtruimte en faciliteiten zijn niet voldoende voor de capaciteit van het hotel. 1 wafelijzer en 1 toaster zorgt voor rijen van een kwartier. Er wordt ook niet tijdig aangevuld, toen ik hierom vroeg werd ik nijdig aangekeken.

'Great location, within walking distance to multiple restaurants and the Reds Stadium. The room was very spacious and extremely clean. The bar and restaurant area off from the lobby was a great place to end our day with a cocktail. The breakfast bar was well stocked and had a variety of breakfast items to choose from. The only down side was the walls were thin, which is true for many hotels. We could hear our neighbors next to us and above us. '

'The staff was never at the front desk. People were waiting 20 to 30 minutes to check in to get anything. They were completely out of towels went for breakfast and they were literally out of everything. 'My wife and I always like staying here while visiting my daughter and her family in Batavia. The staff is super friendly, attentive and helpful.
