'I received spectacular service from every team member I encountered — the front desk, housekeeping, the bartender, and the restaurant server. The balcony with direct access to the pool and the patio lounging area was absolutely the best. Every part of the hotel was in pristine condition.'

'The rooms were clean and updated. We had problems with our first room and toilet not flushing properly so they switched us to the last room available which wasn’t as updated as the first. The onsite restaurant was not very good. Very expensive and food was not worth it, even for the convenience of the restaurant. Wait staff didn’t speak English very well and messed up a salad order where we wanted dressing on the side. Which would have been not big deal and easy fix other than it took forever to...

'Our rooms AC was vibrating the whole night and did not let us sleep. Along with our noisy neighbors next us at night and in the morning. The guy who checked us in was a little rude although he was dealing with a rude customer before us, but still he didnt have to give us attitude. After telling the front desk in the morning of the AC. The lady seemed bery unapologetic and said okay. '

'Got in around 11 pm to check in, had to drop our stuff and go because we had somewhere to be and didn't really get a chance to check out the room. Didn't get back again until about 1 am and the entire lot was full with nowhere to park. Ended up parking somewhere nearby and discovered the room was infested with roaches, on the walls in the tub, in the sink. Between that and not feeling comfortable with the parking, we ended up not even sleeping in the room and couldn't get help until morning....

'Staff was nice. Room 307. Room was on the larger side, that’s about it. The room was not clean, there was hair in the shower and hairs in the bed (thankfully we brought our own sheets). The shower didn’t drain, took 10 minutes to drain after a 5 minute shower. The front door had a gap on the went from 1/4 inch to over an inch, so light and sound carne right in. '

'AC took a couple of hours to fully cool room. Shower water varied from hot to cold while in it without moving the knob. Shower was not clean. Floor left out feet black. Bed was hard. TV had a lot of channels that didn't work and the ones that did work some had no sound. '
