'The place we stayed was perfect. Beautiful beachfront property with enough room for 10 adults. Loved the private beach. It was difficult to get food at times so plan ahead. Violas was disappointing ( we once had to wait 2.5 hours to get fried bar food).'

'It was private. We could sit on the patio and unwind and not have to socialize with the other guests. The villa was close to a shopping plaza and restaurants that we could take the golf cart and travel to Atlantis.'

'We enjoyed our time during our spring break from school. Property worked perfect for our family of 3. Enjoyed the pools and easy beach access. We made breakfast and lunch in the kitchen and there were multiple places within walking distance for eating dinners out. For airport pickup and transportation to the condo, we used the recommended driver Monique who was phenomenal. Very friendly and accommodating. 'Loved our stay! Can’t go wrong staying this close to the beach. Great pools. Well supplied kitchen; be sure to hit the grocery store before you head over if you want to dine in a few times. 'Everything about this stay was absolutely amazing!! There were 9 of us and I'm not sure we have anything to actually complain about! 'The property is located on Paradise Island and has good beach access. The grounds are well maintained and the pool is in great shape. Units have an exterior patio. The interiors appear to be1980's vintage with steel circular staircases to the next floor. There is a restaurant onsite but I don't believe it is owned or managed by Sunrise Beach. The food is ok but the service was slow, even by local standards. The furniture is utilitarian -- but all was in pretty good shape. This is not a "luxury"...

'Room was very clean, with nice amenities. Bellmen were pleasant and helpful. Front Desk Agents and coffee shop Barista were somewhat inattentive and are in need of customer service training.
