'Only one complaint. We booked an allergy free room (no feathers, no pets). I am allergic to both. She booked us with no issues. We get there and the front desk person said that all of their rooms are pet friendly. Big issue for someone with allergies. I love dogs but I am allergic. We should have been told up front that they can’t accommodate us!!!!!!!'

'Stayed at this hotel for the weekend. Very nice hotel. Check in was easy. Stayed in king size bed room, with couch sofa. It was nice, didn’t use the sofa, but the room size was good for 2 ppl. Maybe it would be alittle crowded with more. Their beds are really comfortable. And showers have great pressure. The toilet acted up on our second day, but smone came out and took care of it right away.
The only con I’d give is for their buffet breakfast they offer 3 different kinds of bacon products. It...

Room was really nice except the a/c didn't work well to begin with but pulled out the filters that hadn't been cleaned in awhile. so when I pulled them out it worked A LOT better. 'This was our second stay in this hotel. It was a decent price for the type of room we needed. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. Any issues we had were dealt with promptly (we did stay for more than 2 weeks). Having a small kitchen is nice and there's a supermarket within 5 minutes on foot.'
